KEYA FOODS - Brand Executive (2-5 yrs)
Job Description
We are looking to hire a candidate who will be responsible for end to end Brand Management. The candidate will be responsible for the Top Line and Bottom Line of the allocated brand. She/he will be responsible for designing and developing marketing plans, category communication, running ATL and BTL campaigns. She/he will have to work closely with the Sales Team to plan and execute market drives and pilots to improve consumer awareness and engagement.
Digital
- The candidate will be responsible for planning and execution of multi-platform digital marketing campaigns
- Development and execution of ongoing content promotion strategy
- Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities
- Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and so on
- Act as the owner of our website performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience
New Product Development :
- Identifying potential products and categories to build a robust NPD pipeline
- Working closely with the R&D, Production and Supply Chain teams for development of new products
- Working closely with the Sales teams for effective launch and execution of new products in the market
Consumer Insighting :
- Consumer In-sights mining and converting insights to consumer deliverable
- On-going market research for upcoming food and beverage trends
Brand Performance Management
- Conducting on-going analysis on the performance of the brand
- Monthly tracking of key brand metrics and competition activities, identify key drivers for the brand and drive these for significant growth
- Close monitoring of performing SKU- s, width and depth of brand distribution and devising schemes and promos to achieve the targeted volumes
Experience
- Candidate must possess overall 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience
- 1 year experience in FMCG sales
Skill Sets
- Candidate must possess strong communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly implement actions
Qualification :
- Post Graduate with specialization in Marketing/Digital Marketing
