KEYA FOODS - Brand Executive (1-6 yrs)
Digital :
1. The candidate will be responsible for planning and execution of multi-platform digital marketing campaigns
2. Development and execution of ongoing content promotion strategy
3. Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities
4. Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and so on
5. Act as the owner of our website performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience
New Product Development :
1. Identifying potential products and categories to build a robust NPD pipeline
2. Working closely with the R&D, Production and Supply Chain teams for development of new products
3. Working closely with the Sales teams for effective launch and execution of new products in the market
Consumer In-sighting :
1. Consumer In-sights mining and converting insights to consumer deliverables
2. On-going market research for upcoming food and beverage trends
Category Performance Management :
1. Conducting on-going analysis on the performance of the products and category
2. Monthly tracking of key brand metrics and competition activities, Identify key drivers for the category and drive these for significant growth
3. Close monitoring of performing SKU's, width and depth of brand distribution and devising schemes and promos to achieve the targeted volumes
Experience :
1. Candidate must possess overall 1-6 years of relevant marketing experience
2. 1-year experience in FMCG sales
Skill Sets :
1. Candidate must possess strong communication skills
2. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
3. Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly implement actions
Qualification :
1. Post Graduate with specialisation in Marketing/Digital Marketing
