Job Purpose :
The Manager - Sales & Marketing will support the Director and drive the entire sales &Marketing team of Surelock Plastics with full responsibility. She will be responsible for website, social media, and industry& promote brand Surelock Plastics and increase revenue by selling more products to Key Accounts. She will be visiting existing as well as potential customer as & when requirement arise. She will be responsible for entire arrangement for trade exhibitions or event held anywhere in India & will travel to participate in same.She will take charge of entire functions managed by Asst. MKTG. Manager's absence.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES :
Business Development - KAM
- She will be responsible to manage efficiently Key Accounts and generate more business fromOEM & Dealer network
- She will be responsible to motivate, guide and advise her team of Zonal Sales In-charge, Field Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators(KAM) & back office sales & mktg. team in improving their performances.
- She will be responsible to do basket selling by getting more orders from the Key Accounts through new products selling as well as adding new locations.
- She will be responsible to achieve her team objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance
- Responsible to provide support to the Sales Executives (Field team)in achieving their respective monthly sales targets
- Accountable for entire sales & marketing activities handle by KAM/ZI & Field team.
- Keep the track on number of enquiries not resulting into sales and take immediate corrective actions after analyzing the reason-
- Monitor Digital Marketing Executive activities like website management, Google advertisement, Search Engine Optimization, E-commerce marketing etc.
- She will be responsible to arrange collection in time & providing collection forecast to accounts every week.
- Collect and present monthly, quarterly, yearly sales data to Director, highlight the concern areas with corrective action plan
- She will be responsible to conduct regular weekly review meeting with the team to improve sales & collection
- Responsible for preparing strategies for sales plan based on SWOT analysis and keep a track on area wise progress on targets
- She will be responsible to prepare yearly sales plan.
- Provide inputs to the Director in deciding sales targets after considering market factors affecting the assigned regions. She will be responsible to prepare Annual sales target & incentive for respective sales team with approval of Director.
- She will responsible to work out sales team incentive quarter basisif any sales target achieved & providing to HR
- Oversee the sales targets achieved by the team members and identify the reasons for non- achievements of Sales targets if any; improvise or try to resolve the issues or escalate immediately
She will be responsible to achieve her own individual monthly sales targets.
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products and predict trends to formulate sales strategies by analyzing past sales data.
- Responsible to verify all NDA receives from customer end related to business agreement & get sign of Director only after 100% verification
- Responsible to sign contract & arrange of efficient & cost effective logistic services, taking care of any misplace or delay shipment issues
- Looking after implementation of software system as well as SOP as per ISO norms & Sales Manual.
- Helping HR for recruitment of sales & marketing team.
Team Management & Development :
- Lead & monitor the performance of a team of KAM executives to achieve their individual BD targets
- Support field teamby visiting potential customers Pan India every month.
- Ensure filed team gets timely back office support & response against any inquiry recd. & will see that maximum no of inquiries gets convert
- Monitoring entire team activities through periodical review meeting& ensure business development based on sales target.
- Conduct regular internal meetings & training and development sessions to boost the technical and soft skills of the team members
- She will be responsible to train sales & mktg. team which is recruited.
- She will train Tele Calling Executive for generation of quality leads through communication training as per target given, also helping tele calling executive for achieving target.
- Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members
- Updating KRA base monthly performance of team to HR & she will ensure Asst. Mktg. Manager provides this update to HR in Absence of her.
Marketing :
- Participation in exhibition & handling pre-post activities from booking of stall to attending customers.
- Oversee promotions of Surelock Brand on Social Media
- Responsible for preparation of yearly calendar, diary, advertisement or any other promotional activities/ event.
- Responsible for content writing for all online & offline promotion materials and creative
