Key Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Evaluate the sales team's strengths and weaknesses and adjust the sales program as necessary.
- Assist Account Executives locally in generating leads and closing new business.
- Meet with clients to learn about their changing needs and evaluate the state of our business's relationship with them.
- Create and implement fresh approaches, plans, and programs for sales in order to target specific demographics.
- Reach the CEO's set sales targets.
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed
- Collaborating with marketing on trade exhibitions and projects
- Promoting the brand and its offerings
- Recruiting fresh Account Executives and offering them instruction
Qualifications & Abilities :
- A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar discipline
- Over a decade of experience in B2B sales
- Four or more years in a sales leadership role
- A history of outstanding performance indicators
