Key Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Create a sales plan to meet the organization's revenue and sales targets.
- Assign sales staff to handle customer accounts and establish individual sales goals with the sales team.
- Oversee each salesperson's individual sales action plan.
- Oversee the sales team's performance and activities; make sure the team has the tools it needs to operate; keep an eye on the team's accomplishment of sales targets; communicate with other departments of the company to guarantee that sales targets are met.
- Assess the effectiveness of the sales team and give them coaching, support, and feedback.
- Organize and oversee the training of the sales force and help with the creation of proposals and presentations.
- Create platforms for online sales
