Key Sales Manager - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
To help the sales team hit their monthly and yearly sales goals, you will be guiding and inspiring them. Additionally, you and the sales representative will work together to maximize business sales. You should be able to spot fresh sales possibilities to improve the sales process.
Requirements:
- Age : 21 to 38 years Local candidates can apply
- CTC : 2.30 LPA to 3.50 LPA
- Required immediate joiner
- Experience : 6 Month 2 years in Sales and Marketing
- Education : Graduation
Responsibilities :
- Constructing powerful sales models to improve sales funnel.
- Making sure monthly and yearly sales goals are reached.
- Helping in the recruitment and training of new team members.
- Keeping an eye on the sales team's performance.
- Handling consumer inquiries and concerns.
- Creating and delivering a thorough sales report.
- To increase sales, create social media campaigns and promotional email marketing templates.
- Keeping track of and managing inventory needs.
- Preserving contact information, such as the phone number and email address, of qualifying leads for further action.
- Ensuring that the business's goods and services are optimized for search engine visibility
- Recognizing new market trends and sales opportunities.
