Key Sales Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales manager to join our growing team and lead our efforts in sales. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of India's leading company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue potential clients in the broadband industry
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and services.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field sales industry
- Must be local candidate
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to make informed decisions
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitors' strategies
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend events
