Key Sales Manager - Direct Channel - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
The primary goal is to understand the client's insurance needs, offer suitable products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
key Responsibilities :
- Fix meetings with the prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products
- Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model.
- Upsell & Cross Sell the Orphan Base of Customers allocated.
- Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending etc.
- Render prompt post-sales service to all allocated customers with respect to all domains
- Providing timely reports to the Supervisor / Area manager as per the requirement.
- Ensuring compliance with the internal sales process.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their changing needs and offer appropriate solutions. Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Create and execute sales strategies, including cross-selling and upselling of insurance products. Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and follow up on leads.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in field
- Previous experience in life insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance products
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
