Key Sales Manager - BFSI (2-2 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Develop and put into action sales strategies to meet financial targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Set goals for your sales and track your progress toward achieving them.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Get new clients.
- Make and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and sales training to the group and the recently hired staff members.
- Based on your analysis of the sales data, produce management reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns.
- Observe what your competitors are doing and adjust your strategy accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures.
- Make forecasts for sales and budgets.
- Resolve customer grievances and sales-related issues promptly.
- Attend conferences to make contacts and generate leads.
