Key Sales Manager - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
- Initiate and manage client interactions to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate sales terms, handle objections, and close deals effectively to achieve sales quotas.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results; prepare regular reports on performance and pipeline status.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely manner to enhance customer experience.
Requirement :
- Min 1+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing
- Qualification- Graduation mandatory
- CTC- Up To 4.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
- AGE : 21 to 38 Years
