Key Sales Manager - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Conduct market research, evaluate competitor performance, and create sales strategies that work.
- Put new sales tactics and strategies into practice and train other agents in them.
- Create a sales report every month.
- Follow the KPIs and objectives that executives have set forth.
- Compile a list of new prospects and conduct independent market research.
- Communicate both warmly and coldly with your customers.
- Schedule and show up for meetings with prospective customers.
- Oversee all agreements and documentation related to the sale or transaction.
- Give other salespeople in the nation training and mentoring.
- Set and monitor team goals and targets, and oversee team performance.
- Provide the executives with an update on the overall sales growth, prospects, and department performance for a given time frame.
