Key Sales Manager - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Creates sales goals and plans for both existing and new clients in the designated territory.
- Delivers consistent account management data, such as sales projections, account performance, and suggestions.
- Coaches the sales staff to pursue further education as well as personal and professional improvement.
- Gives supervisors and the regional sales team performance feedback.
- Periodically gives presentations to clients as part of a strategic marketing plan.
- Takes part in unique programmes and projects.
- Maintain records of customer activities, correct client billing, client retention, and satisfied clients.
- To ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, implement policies, processes, and standards, and keep lines of communication open with senior and intermediate management on a regular basis.
