Key Sales Manager - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Find team members to create and sustain a successful sales team.
- Continually construct sales estimates while keeping an eye on market trends.
- Find potential markets and sales possibilities
- For the overall sales organization as well as for individual reps, establish clear short- and long-term goals.
- Keep a close eye on their team's performance and calculate the proportion of quotas that are met.
- Regularly evaluate reps to determine which ones are producing the best results and which ones require performance improvement.
- Use analytics to learn more about KPIs in-depth
- Continuously coach sales representatives so they can improve their abilities.
- Help out individual representatives as needed
- Conversation with high management and marketing
- Encourage and guide salespeople
- Establish objectives and make reps answerable for them.
