Key Sales Manager - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Hiring : Key sales manager for agency channel in life insurance.
Preferred sector : Pharma, Telecom, FMCG, BFSI
CTC : Up to 4 LPA +other benefits
Roles :
- Recruit your team and provide managerial assistance for them.
- Additionally, you can hire part-time employees.
- Make sure the output of Active Advisors is kept at the planned level.
- Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to assess their success and offer guidance.
- Generating income and bringing in new clients, whether in person or online.
- Participate in all management-led training sessions and meetings.
- Make careful to make 1 or 2 joint calls each day.
- Abide by all company-established rules and regulations.
