The Key Sales Manager will oversee and drive the growth of the Agency Channel by recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents. This role involves developing sales strategies, achieving business targets, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the agency force.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new agents.
- Conduct training and development programs.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
2 years of experience in a sales role.
