About Job : Strong team player in Insurance Sales with more than years of experience who is highly motivated to develop strong communications with a client base, brokers and carriers for long-term relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop marketing strategy and implement to achieve sales goal
- Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness
- Help manage team of advisors to solve their queries
- Network with stacker holders like, suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors, and other professionals.
- Help produce reports, company brochures, and related marketing materials and literature
- Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports
Required Candidate Profile :
Age : 24-40 years
- Graduate(10+2+3)
- 4+ years of BFSI sector & sales & marketing experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 4 years
- Good stability.(2+years in each organization)
