Key Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
- Responsible for ongoing training and development capacity of sales team
- Act as mentor and coach to support sales team
- Manage performance and productivity of sales agents
- Deal with press and external stakeholders
- Act as the point of escalation for queries and issues that arise, especially those that have not been resolved at local area level
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
