Key Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As a Key Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening strategic partnerships with key clients or accounts. You will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its most valuable customers, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and continued growth. Your role will involve understanding clients' business objectives, providing strategic guidance, and coordinating internal resources to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for collaboration, upselling, and cross-selling of products or services.
Strategic Account Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize the value of each key client relationship.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to align strategies and initiatives with clients' needs and objectives.
Retention and Growth:
- Monitor client satisfaction and loyalty metrics, taking proactive measures to address any issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth within key accounts and work closely with sales teams to execute upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Anticipate future needs and trends in the market, providing strategic guidance to clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements for key accounts.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with key client relationships, proactively identifying potential challenges and developing contingency plans.
Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate regularly with key clients, providing updates on products, services, and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to key stakeholders, highlighting the value delivered and outlining future opportunities for collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account details in CRM systems.
