Key Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Create professional connections based on respect, empathy, credibility, and moral behaviour to attract new retail customers.
- Provide retail clients with financial advice by analysing their needs and goals, recommending appropriate in-house "off the shelf" financial products, and carrying out the clients' requests for banking and financial transactions.
- Carry out acceptance assessments and retail client onboarding in compliance with the approved norms and procedures.
- Maintaining retail client accounts on a regular basis and looking for chances to expand basic banking services.
