Key Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
- A Relationship Manager is a professional who aids in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients.
Your specific duties and responsibilities may include :
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
- Conducting regular meetings with clients to review their financial portfolios and offer appropriate products and services to meet their needs.
- Identifying new business opportunities by networking and prospecting potential clients.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the insurance market to provide informed advice to clients.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and other performance metrics set by the company.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must have min 1 year Life Insurance Sales Experience
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
- Knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry.
