Key Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are hiring India's leading life insurance company offering a range of individual and group insurance solutions that meet your various needs such as protection, pension, Savings & Investment, Health and more.
Responsibilities:
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Meeting sales/revenue targets.
- Ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
CTC Maximum:4.50 L.P.A
CTC Minimum:2.75 L.P.A
