Key Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
- We are looking for highly driven individuals with a history in sales who can interact with people and work outside of the office.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
- identify ; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors
- Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long term connect between the agents and the company.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
- Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduate / MBA
- Experience : 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
