Key Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated Key Relationship Manager to enhance our client engagement strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their insurance needs and business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products to enhance client portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve services and products.
Requirements :
- 1 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably within the BFSI sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
