Key Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Promote the convenience of personal banking at the branches
- Investigate and create long-lasting banking connections with clients
- Determine the financial service needs of current and potential consumers, covering both products and services
- Provide relevant and appropriate financial goods and services, such as but not limited to investment, insurance, and other banking products, to fulfil the needs of current and potential consumers.
- Encourage and assist business partners to cross-refer and give potential business prospects in order to promote long-term business success.
- To ensure key performance indicators are fulfilled, collaborate closely with branch managers, district managers, investment counsellors, wealth coaches, and other important stakeholders in developing strong sales pipelines.
