Key Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Participate in regular meetings
- Oversees the technical team members and leads meetings, activities, and projects for the business unit and project to make sure goals are met on schedule and within budget.
- Recognizing early on the unique claims requirements of the clients
- Own a designated dealership territory by holding monthly consultation meetings with each account.
- Establish sincere business ties with the key individuals and service management for each account you are assigned.
- The direct liaison is in charge of the PWM/Operations connection and serves as the main point of contact for Client Specialists and Financial Advisors about all business issues.
- Own client problem solving
- Use an issue tracking system to record, track, report, and evaluate new customer requests.
- Help oversee the creation of electronic reference materials for internal customers.
