Key Relationship Manager - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
We are looking for an ambitious sales associate with over two years of sales and marketing experience who is interested in working in a challenging environment that offers room for growth.
Responsibilities :
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients through direct sales.
- Identifying potential customers and generating business from them.
- Meeting sales targets and achieving the assigned business goals.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer queries and concerns.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth processing of policies.
- Maintaining accurate and updated records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Staying updated on market trends, products, and competitors to provide relevant advice to customers.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for business growth.

- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Min. 1 Year Exp. In BFSI sales
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
