- We are looking for an experienced Current Account Key Relationship Manager to join our team! who aids in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients.

Roles and Responsibilities of Key Relationship Manager :


- Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners.

- Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.?

- Educate and inform clients about the company's products, services, and special offers.

- Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Oversee customer relationship management system.

- Meeting sales/revenue targets.

- Ensuring client satisfaction.

Skills :

- Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements :

- Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.

- Minimum 3 Years of experience in the Sales/BFSI Domain.

- Customer-oriented
