- Key Relationship Managers drive a company's development and/or service sales by energetically pursuing out opportunities and seeking sales possibilities.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Sales of Life insurance through the agency model.
- Recruit & train the representatives and generate trade via them in the allocated territory.
- Accountable for permitting and tracking the activation of the same regularly.
- Develop individual quotas and delegate territories for team members.
- Provide detailed and precise sales forecasts.
- Recruitment and expansion of grade advisors.
