Key Accounts Officer - FMCD (3-6 yrs)
Pure modern trade candidate are most preferable.
The position holder will be responsible to drive the sales and manage Key accounts sale across Chennai.
Sales :
- Target V/S Achievement: Ensuring doorwise achievement of set TGT- s
- Increase in sales productivity of CCA's & pushing CCA to increase ticket size.
- Following regular indent process for stock gaps.
- Door wise SOH should be maintained.
- Weekly updation of Sales report.
- Door Sales register review.
Display.
- Ensuring the display of core articles is in prominent location with proper offer communication.
- Efficient & effective utilisation of POSM.
- Display in norms to VM, practising to share pics weekly for each door for VM approval.
- Additional space & Cross merchandising.
- Displaying discontinued lines at proper focal points.
- Range display on floor.
Inventory :
- Checking the display of discontinued and slow mover during floor visit. Bringing them to focal point.
- Cross checking SOH and physical qty to maintain the accuracy.
- Maintaining range inventory
- Ensuring weekly indent from CCA as per the stock availability and sales.
CCA :
- Tracking and updating the CCA activities. Monitoring floor discipline.
- Ensuring both ways communication flow on Products / Feedback / Offers & Promotion.
- Monthly meeting & doorwise action plan & weekly Sales review on floor & set action plans
- Imparting training to new joinees and low performing CCA
- Getting daily sales report from CCA door wise & pushing on category wise sales.
- Proper planning of week offs and leaves of CCA to ensure presence in doors
