Key Accounts Manager - Sales - Food/Confectionery/Dairy (8-14 yrs)

Reporting : GM - S & D (Corporate Office)
Work location : Mumbai
Qualification : Any Graduate + MBA (Must to have)
- Should have sound track record of building alternative channel like MT, HORECA, Institutional Sales, CSD previous organization.
Job Description :
- Building the infrastructure of complete alternative channels (MT, HORECA, Institutional Sales, CSD)
- To manage assigned National & Regional MT Chain HOROCA and Institutional, Including CSD etc
- Acquiring and developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business
- Providing direction, motivation and train sales team for ensuring optimum performance and enhancing their professional and soft skills
- Responsible for closure & Renewal of Terms of Trade with the help of Supervisor
- Joint Business Planning with MT, key Accounts chain, Horeca and institution and facilitate execution
- Responsible for getting PO generated and delivery within stipulated time frame
- Accountable for value and line fill rate
- To be jointly responsible with marketing team alignment for visibility & Promotional offers
- To be responsible for target v/s achievement and ensuring profitability
- To appoint distributors, manage systems and procedures
- Ensure sufficient stocks at distributor level
- To monitor and supervise & to report the company spent to immediate supervisor and departmental head
Should :
- Understand Key process of Alternate channels chains and ensure day to day alignment and execution to completion with our internal department
- Responsible for revenue generation for the overall and across regions
- Responsible for productivity of team members (Sales Team & Promoters)
- Responsible for coordinating with MT chains for timely payments
- Keep track on supply chains and take corrective actions wherever necessary
- To get exhibition organize through marketing team for greater brand visibility
- To share and closely work with RSM of the region and to take necessary guidance and involve them in day to day operations for better output.
