Key Accounts Manager - Sales - Fire Resistance Glass (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Chart out sales & marketing Plans to achieve the Sales Goals and KRA's for the respective territory contributing towards enhancing business volumes & growth.
- Demonstrate excellence by implementing sales & marketing operation initiatives that creates positive experience for clients.
- Identifying and meet key influencers-fabricators, Architects, Contractors and Builders and presenting them solutions.
- Secure high-value accounts through consultative selling, effective customer retentions.
- Develop relationship maturity with existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet the objectives of both parties.
- Build and cultivate long-term quality relationships with major Key Accounts by addressing needs and providing superior customer service.
- Actively involve in event marketing, sales and brand promotion.
- Reach out to new & unexplored market segments/customer groups using segmentation and penetration strategies for business expansion.
- Sales forecasting and KRA development for daily, monthly and yearly sales target accomplishment.
- Develop and sustain positive work environment that fosters team performance with excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
Requirements :
Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad
Ctc : 7 - 10 lacs
- 3- 6 years of Institutional/Project/Solution Selling in a Highly Sales-Oriented Organisation.
- Relevant exp in building material will be Preferred
- Experience in Working with Architects, Builders, Consultants
- BE/Btech /BE /Btech with MBA would be preferred
- However individuals with good sales experience in Institutional /Project/Solution Selling can also apply
- Please ensure no gap in studies and stable Career.
