Key Accounts Manager - Sales - Education Loan (4-6 yrs)
Key Accounts Manager for leading NBFC (Sales secured loan & unsecured loan for an education sector) for Visakhapatnam.
Job Description :
You will be driving all business development activities for Large Schools in your location which means that you shall be responsible for sourcing Big Ticket loans, revenue generation, cross-sell, cost management as well as delinquency control. You shall be responsible for servicing all the customer requirements and build a long lasting relationship with them.
- Prepare call plans prior to client visits to establish objectives and explore customer needs with the aim of matching products with the Client Value Proposition.
- Monitor and grow the customer portfolio assigned and recommend new Customers for the growth of the portfolio to ensure the achievement of assets
- Identify the Large Schools market to broad base the portfolio and pursue growth opportunities towards on boarding of the new clients
- Analyse & understand financial needs of the customers and offer appropriate product with utmost transparency
- Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e., documentation, periodical customer visits / call reports, on monthly manner in order to monitor the assigned portfolio effectively and to ensure all statutory and controls for the business processes .
- Follow-up and monitor assigned relationships to ensure satisfactory account conduct and early ratification of various credit related issues.
- Customer Retention, increasing share of wallet.
Specifically, the job description is as under:
- Sales Management - Visit schools and other education institutions and achieve disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.
- Marketing Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for beyond loan products and generate revenue from it. Also work on activities to build a brand image of the company.
- Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loans initiatives - Profitability Management
- Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch through managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio.
- Delinquency Management
- Ensure zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections.
- The job would require visiting specified locations for business development; so, regular road travel will be very much a part of the routine.
