- Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for acquisition, business development and relationship management of large and medium named accounts.
- Key Accounts Manager will carry the responsibility of entire account life cycle management including account acquisition, wallet share, new product / projects penetration, account level revenue enhancement, account engagement, collection and market share for managed services across named enterprise accounts.
- Key Accounts Manager is expected to be able to establish and nurture profitable relationships across various hierarchy levels mapped for named customer accounts, from CXOs to working managers level. Acquiring new accounts within the targeted vertical or from any targeted account across any geographic location
- Key Accounts Manager will also have responsibility of being the vertical subject matter expert and be the local account connect for customers across segments having headquarters in the location where the position is based.
