Key Accounts Manager - Sales - Automotive Products (5-7 yrs)
Description of the Company/Business Unit :
- The business unit will be responsible for introducing below Electro-Mechanical solutions to Automotive OEMs including Off. Highway, Commercial Vehicles, Defense and other Industrial Customers
- Diesel Cold Start ( Glow Plugs, Grid Heaters)
- Position Sensors, Temperature Sensors
- Exhaust Heaters
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensors
- Battery Disconnectors.
Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) minimum required. MBA, Masters is a plus.
Experience : In the field of Sales/Marketing of Automotive products.
Duties & responsibilities :
- Build long-term relationship with key growth customers and provide leadership and direction in strategic customers interface.
- Focus on establishing new business for export territories
- Establish, maintain and service accounts, covering full assigned territory to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Work closely with OEM customer Purchase & Engineering departments for business development
- Co-ordinate with foreign partners to fulfil all customer requirements
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Timely Payment follow-up with customer & ensuring collections of payments.
Requirements :
- Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate
- Prior exposure to all automotive application & defense, commercial vehicle segment shall be a big advantage
- Good business and financial acumen
- Proven ability to define, communicate and effectively implement business strategies
- Strong customer focus and ability to build relations at all levels internally and externally
- Previous work experience in a multi-national organization or a professional work environment.
