Key Accounts Manager - Sales (0-3 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities

- As an Account Manager - Sales, the candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The primary focus will be on understanding the client's needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to drive growth and meet organizational objectives.

- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies

- Researching prospects and generating leads

- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person (Field Visits)

- Handling customer questions, queries and complaints

- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals

- Managing the sales process through specific software programs

- Building and maintaining a CRM database

- Meeting weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Participating in sales team meetings

Qualifications :

- Any Graduate

- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a B2B sales environment.

- Strong understanding of the sales process, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

- Must have- Two wheeler; Good to have- Laptop
