Job Title : Key Accounts Manager (Hospitals)

Department/Division/ Unit : Medical Nutrition Division

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS :

Reports To : Head - Hospitals & Institutions

JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Budgeted sales revenue & collection are achieved on a monthly basis.

- To ensure that the marketing strategies & tactics of all ANI brands are implemented without deviation in the assign territory

- To ensure proper distribution channel is deployed. The order execution is smooth and inventories of brands are kept at optimum level.

- Ensure high level operational efficiency and the hygiene at the market place is maintained.

- Grow existing business in Institutions and develop new business from Corporate Hospitals, Govt. Institutions and Leading hospital Chains for key products across divisions

- Cover all the HCPs and other stakeholders within the hospitals as per the coverage plan

- Develop new key opinion leaders ( KOL) and strengthen relationship with them through Proper engagement plan.

- Build and strengthen relationship with purchase and administrative officials within hospitals

- Organise and conduct marketing and product promotion activities including events conducted by Institutions to build Abbott Brand Image and thereby grow ANI sales

- Negotiate with purchase functions of Institutions and get better price realizations

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Skill, Education, Experience

Graduation in medicine, science, pharmaceuticals /nutrition.

3 - 4 years- experience in Sales ( Nutrition / critical care / Medical device / Hospital selling )

- Communication skills - verbal, Presentation skills.
