Key Accounts Manager - Iron & Steel Manufacturing Firm (4-8 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Responsible for achieving sales volume of GP, PPGL,GL and GA as per set target and increasing market share in assigned territory.
2. Acquire a through understanding of Key Customer Needs and Requirements.
3. Expand the relationships with Existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
4. Regular visit to existing customers and to new prospects for business development.
5. Ensure The correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
6. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain the trust.
7. Prepare regular reports of customer visits, progress and forecasts to formulate the strategies.
8. Follow-up and respond to sales inquires within stipulated time.
9. Monitor and report on market and competitors activities and provide relevant reports and information.
10. Manage product mix,pricing and margins as per management guideline.
11. Implement Strategies,execute activities and evaluate promotional results.
12. Participate in trade fairs and Exhibitions of assigned are to enhance customer base.
13. Timely Collections of payment.
14. Convert Inquiries to purchase orders and prepare techno commercials offers.
