About Process :
Onboarding and managing Key Account Business Schools and Universities at PaGaLGuY.com, using products such as banners, mailers, social media advertising, native ads etc with the objective of increasing the demand and awareness in the target aspirant pool
Analyse campaign plan and performance, using various Digital Marketing tools like Google Analytics, DFP, Facebook Ad manager, emailer tools etc
- Help in strategizing the content and communication plan for all our clients to facilitate them in highlighting their USP
- Getting approval from clients on any creatives/content before it goes live
- Closely work with the Graphic Designer to ensure all the banners and creatives are in place and in time
- Conducting training of students at business schools on how to use the PaGaLGuY community effectively to achieve maximum awareness about the business school
- Reviewing all campaign delivery daily and making necessary changes to ensure complete delivery to client
- To extract data accurately and publish reports to clients on a regular basis
- Responsible for up-selling and cross-selling of our products to the existing client base
- Maintain cordial relationships with the clients to ensure sustenance
- Be responsible for end-to-end campaign onboarding and execution

- Comfortable operating in a rapidly changing, fast-paced industry with the ability to manage an evolving product set and client needs
- Ability to convince, manage and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Good knowledge of Emailing tools like Netcore, Send Grid etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Education :
- MBA from a reputed institute or BBA/BMS/BMM/BE/B. Tech or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience into similar role of online Key Accounts management of Business Schools and Universities from Education Background (1st Pref)
- Digital Marketing/Relationship Management/Client Servicing domain (2nd Pref)
