Key Accounts Manager - Education (2-5 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
- Must have very good understanding of behavioral, softskills and MDPs.
- Responsible for enhancing the business revenue from existing clients and help and support sales team to acquire new clients.
- Develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Plan and drive the execution of projects from inception to completion.
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for tracking and reporting on project status and priorities, roadblocks, and dependencies.
- As needed, onboard and manage clients.
