Position: Business Development Manager/Key Accounts Manager
Job location: Mumbai.
Job Description
Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for acquisition of new business and sales management for the assigned territory/accounts. The job involves planning and execution of sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
BDM/KAM will be responsible for :
- To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
- Generate revenue for e-Commerce business.
- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Graduate
- Should have 3-6 years of corporate field sales experience with hands on experience of entire sales cycle
- Excellent written and oral communication and English skills
- Zeal for making a career in sales
- Internet savvy and basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Preferable industries are Media, B2C, Dot Com, Concept Selling etc
- Must have strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Should be a Team player who can integrate with the sales team
- An aggressive & mature personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
