Position : Key Accounts - BDM / Senior Area Sales Manager

Role : Key account management in the region.

Location : Mumbai [Crystal Plaza, Near Laxmi Industrial Estate, New Link Road, Andheri(W), Mumbai - 400058]

Package : up to 14 lacs per annum [Negotiable]

Experience : 8+ years in sales of industrial automation related machines in direct selling (B2B/ key account) role.

Education qualification : B Tech preferred in Electronics/Mechanical engineering with at least 60% marks

Mandatory Skill's Required : - Must

- Person should be selling Barcode-Printers, industrial automation machines directly to end user (Customer base - Food & Beverages/Pharma/FMCG/Cosmetics/Electronics)

- Knowledge of territory is must

- Should not be working with distributor/dealer

- Should not be selling components/spares/tools/fasteners

Job Description / Responsibilities :

Job title : Senior Area Sales Manager/BDM - Key Accounts

Department : Sales

Reports to : Regional Head

Type : Full Time permanent job

Job purpose :

Key account management in the region.

Key tasks/ Responsibilities :

- Expand key account base across the region.

- Establish contacts with all key accounts in the region, build strong relationship, and promote Domino Product lines.

- Understand key account business, rolling projects, product lines, their customer and targeted market.

- Prepare key account sales forecasts for the region, for all products.

- Actively monitor market trends, Competition activity, and evolve promotional strategy and sales effort

- Develop key account as Domino Advocates through effective brand building, product support.

- Ensure Clear and clean transactions. With transparent information on key account end customers

- Strong ability and focus on Payment Collection/debt management.

- Compliment the business of regions and branches with developmental results from key accounts.

Core competencies :

- Self starter/ ability to work independently

- Consultative with strong product and technical knowledge

- Speaking/writing fluently in English and local language

- Strong relationship building skills

- Growth oriented through new customer acquisitions.

- Extensive product and application knowledge

- Strong business sense and commercial acumen

- Working knowledge with Industries and key account management of the region.

Candidate Profile :

Education :

Graduation : Degree in Electronics/Mechanical engineering with at least 60% marks from reputed college

Post Graduation (desirable, not mandatory): Degree in Business Management with A grade from reputed college; Degree through Correspondence Course shall not be considered

Experience :

- 8-9 years minimum in sales of industrial automation related machines with responsibility of direct selling (B2B/ key account) and payment collection in multinational organisation(s).

- Last 2 years minimum in developing key account network and related direct sales for industrial automation products.

- Candidates selling through distributor network need not apply.

- Thorough familiarity with geography of West India.

- Should have excellent contacts/relationships with Manufacturing Industries/Packaging Machine manufacturers/Line Integrators/Industrial automation companies
