- Understanding the process involved Acquisition of property.
- Meeting High Valued Property Owners for Realty Service & Get Completed details about His/ Her property along documents involved.
- Meeting the prospective Corporates & Understanding their Requirement in terms of New Office Setup.
- Accompany Tenant during property visits & Ensure to Provided Customized Cost-effective solution as per their requirements.
- Build Trust with Property Owners & Corporate, by providing Solutions such away there both needs meet at a point.
- Educate Tenant & Owner about the current commercial market in case of challenges with respect to closure.
- Maintain MIS sales report and ensure to achieve sales targets.
Candidates Profile :
Qualification : Any graduation
Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of Field Sales Experience by meeting up with Clients/Customers, Directly at their premises.
- Preferred candidates with sales experience in Real Estate Industry would be added advantage.
- Must be good in MIS Reports.
