Functional Responsibilities :
- To achieve targeted sales with the help of sales team and other sales and marketing tools
- Maintain a regular line of communication and contact with customers for driving business
- Monitor and Manage receivables of local distributors and chain stores
- Conduct stock audits and ensure the audits of the team members and report findings to all concerned
- Plan Permanent Journey Plan for field team members, implement, track, monitor and report at pre decided frequency
- Liaisoning and coordination with backend support and depots for timely and better supplies
- Deployment of promoters. review of performance and corrective actions if any by tracking store sales
- Planning and execution of schemes & offers and promotions for the given territory
- Appoint and manage RDS as per needs of the business
Job Responsibilities :
- Achieve planned sales targets
- Hiring promoter and merchandiser for the Key Accounts
- Training and development of the field sales team subordinates
- Regular review of performance
