Key Accounts Executive - Industrial Product (2-3 yrs)

male or female candidate - must have exp in key accounts and modern trade operations centrally, working closely with the account supply chain, finance and Category Teams. Drive Higher Fill Rates and Master Data Accuracy to achieve better in-stock and higher sales.

KEY FOCUS AREAS:

- Stock Control at ITC & at Account (Days On Hand)

- Maintain and update account Item Master Data with high accuracy

- Periodic Fill Rate Recon and Feedback to relevant stakeholders

- Identify problem areas and quantify the loss because of the same

- Managing Stock Transitions

- Relationship management at operational levels at Key Account with Supply Chain Teams, Finance Teams and Category Teams

- Modeling of own practices and network with competition and provide regular feedback to the Assistant KAM

- Assist in the management of the claim settlement process with the relevant Stakeholders

- Track Promo and Visibility Implementation and provide timely feedback to the Assistant KAM.

Role :

- Forecasting : Assist the accounts and the Assistant KAM in planning and forecasting stocks across locations. Regular monitoring and analysing of Actual Sales vs Forecast and feedback to the Assistant KAM.

- WSP Stocks : Monitor and track stock pipelines along with freshness at WSP for fulfilment of account orders. To provide feedback to the Assistant Manager, Operations and District Sales Coordinators to ensure adequate stock availability basis account requirement.

- MBQ Review :Assist the Assistant KAM intracking, updating and sharing MBQ's with Branch Teams and in advising account on MBQ revision basis in stock and OOS tracking.

- Inventory Tracking :Monitor and track inventory of accounts - highlight and recommend to the Assistant KAM suitable actions to stop ordering / reduce norms / increase norms etc basis DOH (Days on Hand) data analysis.

- Promo Stock Planning : Track promo requirement fill and provide continuous update to the Assistant, Operations.

- Coordinate within the account all stock and masters related transitions including new product launch and all parent-child SKU management.

Supply Chain

- Maintain and update the Master Data with regularity for own account and provide periodic updated master to the Assistant KAM. Maintain all tracks with regards to pricing changes / case lot sizes/ grammage changes / tax / EAN codes etc.

- Assist the Account in reconciling Fill Rates and prepare cause and effect statements and recommend resolutions to Assistant KAM towards higher Fill rates.

- Collate from Branches and provide continuous demand flow update to the Assistant KAM and Assistant Operations and relevant branches to enable consistent supply of all SKUs.

- Track PO's as per account frequency and provide timely update to the Branches on the same.

- Help the branches in resolution of issues related to DC appointments

- Ensuring parameters such as MOQs /Value updation in the account system basis Branch feedback.

Customer Relationship :

Develop working relationship with MPR, Finance and Category teams.

- Understand account's supply chain strategies, process and operations and provide relevant feedback to the Assistant KAM.

Finance :

- To track and assist the account in follow up and timely dispatch of invoices to Assistant KAM.

Promo and Visibility Implementation :

- Tracking of special POs for Visibility and Promos and coordinating 100% fill rate for them.
