Key Account Specialist (3-5 yrs)
As a Key Account Associate (KAA), your core responsibility revolves around fostering and nurturing relationships with designated accounts/clients to drive business objectives. You'll manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and sustained growth.
Responsibilities :
1) Develop and maintain strong relationships with the assigned portfolio of customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
2) Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' business goals, challenges, and opportunities to tailor company solutions accordingly.
3) Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute strategic account plans.
4) Take proactive measures to identify and capitalise on upselling/cross-selling opportunities, aiming to maximise account revenue.
5) Maintain vigilant oversight of client concerns or issues, promptly addressing them to sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in client-facing roles is a must.
- Experience in upselling/cross-selling is a definite plus.
- Possess strong empathy and exceptional listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
