Key Account Representative - Textile Business (2-4 yrs)

Job Description

- This role will be based at clients place (On-site)- Changodar, Ahmedabad

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information

- Answer F2F interaction at client location

- Solving billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns

- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customers/stakeholders

- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call

- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

- Will Operate as the lead/Single point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers assigned.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by developing trust with all key accounts & customer stakeholders.

- Planning & executing value added activities.

- Focusing on growing and developing existing customers, together with generating new business.

- Forecast and track key account metrics

- Maintenance of all data regarding all service aspects (additional order, repairing, replacement, return, etc..)

- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders by sharing crisp & clear report.

Key Skills Required

- Must be minimum Graduate.

- Should have 3-4 years of Experience in Service industry. Leadership experience will be an added advantage

- Working in B2B companies setup will be preferred.

- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

- Must be available to work for 6 Days a week & should be flexible in working hours

- Good verbal and written communication skill in English, Hindi & Gujarati

- Excel knowledge along with fair knowledge of word & ppt .
