Key Account Manager - Startup (1-4 yrs)
ABOUT US:
- Founded by a team of IIT alumni with multi-industry experience in management consulting, computer science and data science, we are building a new face of Outsourcing at Awign (www.awign.com). We are an outsourcing company for executing high volume on/off field distributed operations and sales, and get the work done through college students. Every project gets converted into short-time, part-time tasks or an internship. We manage everything end to end through our product and bill a client only on the deliverables.
- Currently operational in more than 130 cities, we cater to 7 project verticals namely - Due Diligence & Background Verification, Auditing, Supply Acquisition, Demand Acquisition, On-field Training, High Volume Calling and Data Moderation.
We are a funded startup backed by venture capitalist based out of India & US. Our clientele includes the likes of Paytm, Mobikwik, Quikr, Oyo, Policy Bazaar, Kotak Mahindra Bank, DBS Bank, Netmeds & many others.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
We are looking for a result driven and aggressive individual for leading Key Account Management. As part fo this role, you would:
1) Take complete responsibility for building and maintaining successful relationships with high volume of assigned clients/Key Accounts.
2) Take complete responsibility of solving clients problems to retain the assigned accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
3) Constantly follow MIS & closely monitor the progress towards targets.
4) Take up complete responsibility of managing the receivables of the assigned clients. This would involve:
a. Ensuring that invoicing for all the assigned clients is always done on time, which involves continuous coordination between clients and internal operations team.
b. Constantly following up for the payments by first setting up and then following a process for it.
5) Lead upselling with the assigned clients.
6) Lead cross-selling with the assigned clients.
In a nutshell, the individual will directly work with the founders and take up complete responsibility of managing clients from grass root level.
IDEAL QUALITIES :
1) Overall experience - 1-4 years. Experience in account management/Sales would be preferred.
2) Experience of working in a startup is preferred.
3) Must be aggressive towards ensuring customer satisfaction at any cost and also driving increased revenue month on month.
4) Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Both English and Hindi).
5) Must have excellent relationship management skills.
6) Critical business thinking is essential.
