Key Account Manager - Solution Sales (0-2 yrs)

Key Responsibility areas:
1. To prospect and retain clients.
2. To achieve budgeted targets in terms of number of clients/volume of business & assets.
3. To understand client needs & requirements and accordingly position products & services.
4. To ensure a one-point relationship for the client both on the field and over the phone.
5. To contact clients periodically and determine if they are satisfied with the service and returns generated.
6. To provide various performance reports and summaries to clients.
7. To build and maintain client bases, along with relevant comments/remarks for future reference.
8.. To prepare the MIS reports in the specified formats.
9.. To handle customer complaints and coordinate with the support team to resolve complaints.
10. Keeping track of competitor activities and analyzing the latest market trends.
