What You will do :
- Key Account Management and new customer acquisition in the existing/emerging market categories and conversion of leads
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Customer relationship management
- Build and manage existing business pipeline and generate Cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases
- Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales
- Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collect competitor intelligence
What makes you a great fit :
- Has fair understanding of payments and KYC space, preferably from KYC platforms
- Hunting and Key account management role in previous organization
- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
- Strong business acumen and product expertise
Good to have :
- 6- 12 years of experience in FinTech/KYC/Technology organizations
- Experience in a startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
