Key Account Manager - Sales - Telecom (8-12 yrs)
JOB Description :
- KAM - Drives Sales in existing and new companies of greater than 100 Cr revenue. KAM is a key member of Enterprise team and will work closely with Business Head, EB sales and support team, NOC, product, finance, and other functional groups to build market leading Enterprise Business Vertical in Karnataka
Critical Responsibilities :
- Recruit, develop and coach EB direct sales team to ensure that they are enabled and empowered to drive and achieve respective KPIs.
- Coordinate with all Dept. for their business vertical needs and make sure high service standards are maintained.
- Key accounts retention and relationship building
- Break through Large Corporate business deals as self-contribution
KPI's -Deliverables of this role :
- Achieve the self-month/Quarter/Year Sales Quota and other KPIs
- Make sure all SOPs are well followed EB vertical
- Sales & all MIS reports submitted on time
- Maintain high service standard with Customers
Functional Competencies :
- Minimum 8 (8-12) years of experience in a Direct Corporate and Channel sales, business development or related role.
- Relevant experience in ISP/telco/carrier relationship and business partner management.
- Build strategic relationship with key decision makers in the accounts - Middle and Senior management, including CXOs
- Has relevant experience in B2B Sales (min 5 years)
- Driving revenue enhancement in the accounts though effective account management, along-with retention of the existing revenue
- Should have experience in solution selling and drive new product penetration in emerging markets.
- Tap new customers through engagements and drive month on month incremental sales.
- Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams, both internally (Service Delivery, Billing, etc) and externally (Partners, Vendors, Clients, etc) to ensure business target achievements and meeting customer expectations on service delivery.
- Ensure the account business target achievement on: Order booking, Revenues, Collections, New Account identification and Churn control.
- Knowledge about the telecom products like ILL, Broadband, Security & Managed services will be an advantage.
